Take a bowl and make small pieces of bread

Add suji,cirn flour, curry leaves,onion,chilli,ginger,cortiander mix well

Add curd & mix well

Add salt,jeera powder,black pepper and baking powder & mix well

Cover and rest 30 min

Make medu vada shape
- 7
Heat a pan and add oil
- 8
Fry medu vada on medium to low flame
- 9
Till golden brown colour
