Jab gosht gal jay to achi trah bhoon lein aur aloo (aloo me food colour few drop aur tora pani dal kar gala lain)aur coriander dalein.aur 2 glass boil water dalein gravy ke ley aur 5 se 7 minutes cook karein gosht ka salan ready hai.
