  • 2medium corn
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsplime/lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the corn seeds from corn

    In a cooker add oil,water,salt

    Add corn and turmeric powder. Whistle it two times.

    Remove the excess water

    Add chaat masala

    Add lemon juice

    Add red chilli powder

    Mix it well, serve it hot!!! Enjoy the cozy winter
