Steps

Firstly take bowl put Besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and add 2 cup water and mix it nicely and put aside.

Then take kadhai put oil heat it, then add mustard seeds Crackling them.

Then add onion, garlic, ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute till onion get transulated.

Then add Besan mixture and on low flame stir it continusaly.
After get thickening off the flame. - 5
Served with paratha or Puri.
