  1. 200 grmsBroccoli florets
  2. 1 cupspinach leaves
  3. 40 grmsgrated cheese
  4. 1 tspchilli flakes
  5. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 3 tspvirgin olive oil
  8. 1 cupchopped onion
  9. 1/2 cupyellow,green bell pepper
  10. 1tomato slices
  11. 1 cuppieces of beans
  12. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  13. 3eggs
  14. 20 grmsmayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Place and chop all veggies before going to statue on it,hai eat a pan pour oil add onion keep fri 2min then add,spinach peppers,broccoli,beans,palak add salt,pepper,chilli flakes keep statute for 2mins once it's soften turn of flame

    Preheat oven set temperature,take 6×8 inch baking tray grease butter arrange Broccoli florets on base then place myayonease and already veg stuff on middle,pour egg batter(breakdown eggs add salt do hand whisk)

    Then place tomato slices,spinach leaves on top sprinkle grated cheese place tray into oven it should be bake 220degree @25to 30mins..once baking is done cut by a corner pieces place on serving plate garnish with tomato flower ready to serve
