Almond & Walnut Chocolate Bark

So easy to make and adds a bit of variety for those of us who can’t eat all the different milk chocolate bars in the shops. I added cocoa butter to mine to make it a bit creamier. I buy mine from amazon but you can simply leave this out if you’d rather not buy in specialist ingredients. Use unsalted nuts and add a touch of salt, but if you use ready salted nuts, don’t add more salt on top or it’ll be too salty.
