Firstly peel all the potatoes. And mash the potatoes.

Then add chillies and dry mango powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes

Now mix all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes.

Now make oval shape rolls. Now take water in a bowl add dip the bread into the water and put the oval shaped roll over it

Now with the help of your hand press the bread so that the excess water from the bread can be separated.

Remember The potato roll should be covered by the bread completely if it is not covered it can get open in the time of frying and can create a problem for you

Now take a frying pan in that put some oil for deep frying the bread rolls.

Fry the bread rolls until it become goldenish brown.... Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney....
