Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchfresh Pumpkin Leaves
  2. 1roughly chopped Onion
  3. 4roughly chopped Tomatoes (my home grown)
  4. 1 cupcrushed raw peanuts and almonds
  5. 120 mlsfiltered water
  6. 2 Tablespoonsseasame oil
  7. Handfulseasame seeds
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the leaves thoroughly.

    Its important to cut the leaf off the stringy and prickly veins.

    Chop all ingredients roughly and crush the peanuts and almonds in a rustic manner.

    Fry onions and nuts untill brown

    Add pumpkin leaves and lightly fry.

    Add tomatoes and water and simmer for 10 minutes

    Add handfull of seasame seeds just before serving
