Fry the ginger, chilli and garlic in the sesame oil

Chuck in the can of coconut milk and the turmeric
- 3
Whilst bringing to a gentle boil, peel and chop carrots, onion and potato and add to pot
- 4
Once the carrots are soft, chuck the coriander in and blend (it's gonna be bright yellow and will stain so be careful)
