Place bones, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, tomatoes on sheet tray and bake in 425° oven for 20-25 mins, or until browned.

Scrape browned bones and vegetables into stock pot. Add water, base, and sachet bag.

Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer, covered, for 2-3 hours.
