Pav bhaji

Cut carrot, bottle gourd.

Boil all vegetables except tomatoes and potatoes along with half cup of water.

Take 2 whistles.

Make tomato paste in mixer.

Heat ghee in pan or wok.

Add hing and crackle cumin seeds.

Add tomato paste, and all spices.

Cook till it leaves the side of wok.

Now add boiled vegetables and potato.

Mix and mash with masher.

Bhaji is ready.

Cut buns from between. Heat tawa and cook buns in butter from both the sides.

Serve hot these buns with bhaji.
