Steps

At first cut cauliflower in small pieces and wash properly. Now boil for 2-3 mintues and drain the water. Keep them aside.

In another bowl take those slightly boiled cauliflower, mix 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cornflour and 1 tsp soy sauce. Break an egg into it. Mix them well and deep fry in medium flame.

In another pan heat some oil. Add chopped garlic and cube sized onion and capsicum. Stir them on high flame. After 1 minute add soy sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and Schezwan Sauce. Mix them well. Add fried cauliflower. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp vinegar.

After stirring for 1 minutes add little amount of water. Let them boil. Now add cornflour mixing with water and one pinch of salt. When the gravy will become thick add chopped green chillies and black pepper powder. Cook well.
