Ingredients

30 minutes
4 to 5 persons
  1. 2 cuprice soaked
  2. Halfkg chicken small pieces or boneless
  3. 1 cupcabbage
  4. 1carrot shredded
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 4-5green chillies
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbschicken powder
  9. 2 tbssoya sauce
  10. 2 tbschilli sauce
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspchilli flakes
  13. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  14. 1 cupSpring onions
  15. 1 tspfreshly minced garlic
  16. Halfcup oil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In oil add garlic fry for few seconds add white part of spring onions fry for 1 min add chicken and mix until colour changes

    Add all the seasonings and sauces and cook for 5 to 8 minutes add vegetables. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add rice along with water adjust salt as chicken powder has also salt in it.

    Cook until done and finall add green part of spring onions and serve with any soup
