  1. 1/2 kgsooji
  2. 1/2 kgDesi ghee
  3. 1/2 kgsugar
  4. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add ghee and sooji.roast sooji very well till golden colour.now add sugar and water and mix well.stir continuously for five minutes.it would be in thick consistency.halwa is ready.serve hot.
