Ingredients

  1. Seasoned Flour
  2. 1 CupFlour
  3. 1/4 CupCornstarch
  4. 1 TbsSeasoning Salt
  5. 1/2 TbsCayenne Pepper
  6. 1/2 TbsBlack Pepper
  7. 1 TspGarlic Powder
  8. Buttermilk Marinade
  9. 1 CupButtermilk or substitute 1 Cup Milk & 1 Tbs White Vinegar
  10. 1 TspSeasoned Meat Tenderizer
  11. 1/2 TspCayenne Pepper
  12. 1 TspBlack pepper
  13. 4Butterflied Boneless Chicken Breasts
  14. Frying
  15. Peanut Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Make the seasoned flour: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, seasoning salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder. Set aside.

    Make the buttermilk marinade: In a medium bowl, combine the buttermilk, seasoned meat tenderizer, pepper, and cayenne. Toss in the chicken in the marinade to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, or overnight.

    Dip the marinated chicken in the flour mixture until the chicken is completely covered. Fry in deep fryer with peanut oil at 365° for 7 Minutes. Cool on wire rack or paper towel.
