Andhra Pappu Chekkalu | Thattai | Chawal Papdi | Rice Crackers

Pappu Chekkalu, Thattai, Chawal Papdi, Rice Crackers, Apachulu. It's called by many names in the different South-Indian states. This is a great tea-time snack made during festivals and occasions.
These are my family's favorite. It needs no special shaping instruments, so can be made anytime anywhere. A Puri presser can be used to make the circles faster but it's not compulsory and the circles can be pressed with your palm n fingers easily.
These crackers are full of peanuts, chana dal n sesame. They are super crunchy, crispy and melt in your mouth crackers 👍🏻
