Steps

Wash rice a few times till the water runs clear.

Soak it for atleast half an hour and drain the water.

Bring 8 to 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

Add the rice and pour 1 tablespoon oil to prevent the rice from turning sticky.

Rice must not be mushy but has to be grainy.

Chop the veggies,garlic and other ingredients.

Heat a pan with oil on the high flame.

Fry chopped garlic in a pan.

Now put all the chopped veggies and fry for two mins.

Add half spoon of sugar.

Now add 1 tablespoon vinegar.

Add salt as per required.

Now add all the veggies in rice.

Now mix it well.

Now garnish with some fry veggies.
