Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • 4 cuprice
  • 3perfectly chopped carrots
  • 5chopped green chilli
  • 1 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 2perfectly chopped capsicum
  • 2perfectly chopped tomatoes
  • as needed peas
  • 1 tablespoongarlic chopped
  • 1 1/4 cupbeans chopped
  • 1 1/4 cupspring onions
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1 spoonvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice a few times till the water runs clear.

  2. 2

    Soak it for atleast half an hour and drain the water.

  3. 3

    Bring 8 to 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

  4. 4

    Add the rice and pour 1 tablespoon oil to prevent the rice from turning sticky.

  5. 5

    Rice must not be mushy but has to be grainy.

  6. 6

    Chop the veggies,garlic and other ingredients.

  7. 7

    Heat a pan with oil on the high flame.

  8. 8

    Fry chopped garlic in a pan.

  9. 9

    Now put all the chopped veggies and fry for two mins.

  10. 10

    Add half spoon of sugar.

  11. 11

    Now add 1 tablespoon vinegar.

  12. 12

    Add salt as per required.

  13. 13

    Now add all the veggies in rice.

  14. 14

    Now mix it well.

  15. 15

    Now garnish with some fry veggies.

  16. 16

    Enjoy this veg fry rice with your family and friends.
