Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmince/ keema
  2. 3onions, chopped
  3. 2tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  6. as per tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/4 tspHaldi/turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 cupoil
  11. 1 bowlgreen piece
  12. 1potato
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker and add oil add cumin seeds add onion become pin fry add mince add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi powder then mix and fry well and add some water and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

    Open Cooker and stir fry well become oil surface and add tomatoes stir fry well then add green peas potato 1/2 glass water for gravy and turn the flame off.

    Ready to serve with paratha.
