Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a big vessel.

Add warm oil and mix well. Make a dough a stif one.

Divide them into small equal portions and make small round puri like shapes.

Can make a big one and use cutter to cut round shapes.

With a help of a fork make impressions on both sides, this is done so that they do not swell like a puri.

Fry them on medium flame till golden brown in colour.

Once cool can store in an air tight box.
- 8
A very good tea time snack option.
