Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2eggs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspRed chill powder
  • 2 pinchesblack pepper powder
  • 1small size onion
  • 1small carrot
  • 1Small piece of beet root
  • 1green chilli
  • 1very small tomato
  • leavesFresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take eggs,salt,red chilli powder,and black pepper powder.

    In a bowl,break eggs.

    In the eggs,add salt,red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix very well.and keep aside.

    In, a mixer jar make fine paste of onion, carrots, tomato, beetroot, chilli and coriander leaves and add little salt to it and mix it.

    Now,heat a fry pan put some oil on it then put the egg mixture.

    Flip the egg and spread vegetable mixture on it.

    Roll the omelet,and put some oil on it.

    Now,cut it in small pieces, and garnish with coriander leaves. Goes well with tomato sauce.
