Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupbutter salted
  2. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  3. 1 cupheavy cream
  4. 1 clovegarlic, crushed or garlic salt
  5. 1 1/2 cupsfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/4 cupchopped fresh parsley
  7. 1/4 teaspoonnutmeg
  8. 1 tablespoonlemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat on low heavy cream

  2. 2

    Add soft butter & garlic salt

  3. 3

    Add pepper,lemon juice and nutmeg, low heat so not let boil & add Parmesan cheese (1 cup at a time) keep stirring till melted.

  4. 4

    Add parsley & heat for about 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Let sit sauce will thicken
