Steps

Wash rice twice and Soak for 30mnt. Soak saffron in 2-3 spn hot water.

Heat a pan pour milk and boil on high flame. After one boil turn the gas on low flame keep stirring add rice and sugar mix well. Keep stirring continuously until milk turns thicken.

Once rice is cooked add cardamom powder, saffron and mix well. Boil milk for 5-7 mnt on medium flame to cook rice more soft and lightly mushy.

Add chopped mixed dry fruit mix well and turn off the gas.

Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds.
