Cooking Instructions

Cut plantain in chunks and fry without salt so you wont finish it before making the final recipe 😂 cut gizzard too and fry
- 2
Dice green bell pepper red bell pepper and onion crush some garlic and fry lightly you dont want to over cook the veggies

Drop in your fried plantain and fried gizzard seasoning and spices stir and cover on low heat to allow them in fuse and bond 😂

Turn off heat and boom gizdodo is ready don’t finish it in the kitchen before serving your guest 😃
