Steps

Firstly soak rice in water. Meanwhile Heat a nonstick pan. Add ghee. Then add cumin, bay leaf, cloves,both cardamom. Saute for 1 minutes. Now add peas and carrot.

Cook peas and carrot for 4-5 minutes. Now drain the extra water of rice. And put the rice in pan. Saute for 2 minutes. Until rice look like separate.

Then add water. Mix it. Boil it. Add salt. Then cover it. And cook for 7-8 minutes. Now switch off the flame. And serve with any kind of gravy sabji.
