Ingredients

  • left over posho
  • 1 tspblueband or cooking fat of choice
  • Pinchoregano, rosemary or spices of choice
  • NO salt, please

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim the crust off the posho and cut into slices.

  2. 2

    Warm your cooking pan, add blue Band until melted,

  3. 3

    Add your and give your spices a quick fry(saute).

  4. 4

    Add your posho slices, turn all sides so as to coat with spices.

  5. 5

    Serve with preferred soup or eat as is, enjoy😋.
