Ingredients

35 minutes
4 persons
  1. 1 cuppeas
  2. 1 cupcrumbled planeer
  3. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped carrots
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped potato
  6. 1small finely chopped onion
  7. 1 tbspchilli garlic paste
  8. 1/4 cupsemolina
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspaamchur/dry mango powder
  11. 1/2 tspcooking soda
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededOil for cooking

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Pressure cook peas for one whistle by adding little water.

    Then grind it. Spare some boiled peas.

    Now in other vessel, add all ingredients along with grinded peas and combine well. Add little water to prepare thick batter. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

    Grease and heat paniyaram pan, fill it's cavities with prepared batter, cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.

    Then flip all bites, add few drops of oil, cover and let it cook from other side.

    Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
