Heat a pan and add oil. Add onion and fry for 1 min. Add carrot and capsicum

Add corn, ginger chiili paste and salt

Mix well and fry 2 min. After 2 min Remove the veggies in bowl and add potatoes,paneer

Adn add all masale,lemon juice and coriander

And bread crumbs and make dough

Make kabab shape

Make slurry. Add maida,corn flour and 2 pinch salt

Dip the kabab in slurry and coat the bread crumbs

All kabab is ready. Rest 1 hour in freeze

Heat oil and fry kabab on medium flame.

Till golden brown colour
