Ingredients

  • 海虾10只
  • 鸡蛋1颗
  • 面包糠适量
  • 葱1小段
  • 姜
  • 料酒1勺
  • 盐1小勺
  • 甜辣酱适量

Steps

  1. 1

    虾去头剥掉虾壳,留下虾尾部位的壳

  2. 2

    虾对半分切,虾能展开成片即可

  3. 3

    葱切段,姜切片,跟虾仁一起放碗里,加料酒腌制15分钟

  4. 4

    碗里打一颗鸡蛋搅匀,盘子里放上面包糠,锅里放油加热

  5. 5

    捞出虾仁,先放蛋液中裹蛋液,再放到面包糠里裹上面包糠

  6. 6

    油热将虾仁放进去,炸成金黄色捞出装盘,挤上甜辣酱就可以开吃啦
