Steps

Wash and peel the carrots. Chop into medium pieces.

Boil the green peas and strain and keep aside.

In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add rai. As it crackles add chopped carrots and boiled peas and saute on high flame for 2-3 mins.

Make a puree of tomatoes, green chilli and garlic.

Add all masalas to carrot and peas.

Add tomato puree and mix well.

Add salt to taste and cover and cook on low flame till it's completely dry.Serve with Roti.
