Keto Friendly Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  1. 6large jalapeño peppers
  2. 8 ouncescream cheese, at room temperature
  3. 1/4 cupchopped fresh parsley,
  4. 1/4 cupchopped green onion,
  5. 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoononion powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonsea salt
  8. 1/3 cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
  9. 3-4 tablespoonscrumbled feta cheese,

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. wash, Clean and cut the peppers lengthwise,prepare cheese mixture,combine the cream cheese,feta cheese, ¼ cup chopped parsley and green onion, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Stir to combine.

    Stuff the peppers with the cream cheese mixture

    Top each of the peppers with cheddar cheese,bake 15 mints.
