Take bread slices,trim the edges.Apply sauce on 2 slices and little butter on the other two. Now add mashed potatoes on top.

Add shredded chicken on top the potato. Add cheese as required.

Now sprinkle some salt and pepper.Invert the other slice. And apply little butter on top. Now grill in toaster

Serve hot with sauce. Sprinkle some cheese on top.Enjoy the crunchy cheesy sandwich.
