  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1 cupMango pulp
  • 1/2 cupVermicelli roasted
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1 tspElaichi powder
  • 6 tbspSugar
  • As required pistachios
  • As required Mango pieces
  • As required Almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all ingredients.

    Take a pan add ghee and roast vermicelli. Fry only 1 min. Add milk

    Continuously stir for 5 mins on low flame. Now add sugar & Elaichi powder and cook for 5 mins on low flame.

    Now close the gas and cool completely about 2 hours. Now add mango pulp and mix well.

    Now let it cool in the fridge for ½ hour
