Falahari Apple Poori

Take one apple peel and grate it. Now in a pan on medium flame add apple and sugar and make a smooth apple purée.

Now keep it aside and let it cool. Now in a mixing bowl take kuttu flour add apple purée and salt and mix it well. Make a smooth dough, no need to add water here.

Now take two greased polythene sheets cut and make lemon sized portion from the dough and roll the Poori in between these two sheets. Heat the oil in frying wok.

Deep fry the pooris well. Very healthy and delicious Poori is ready, you can take during fast on normal days and also because of it's tangy taste kids will also love it.
