Smoked Tri Tip
Great to serve right off the cutting board
Steps

Generously season tri tip with Susie Q’s
- 2
Smoke at 225° until internal temperature hits 130° (60-90 minutes)

Remove tri tip and wrap in tin foil. Increase temperature on smoker to 450°.

Remove tri tip from foil and return to smoker. Cook 4 minutes each side.
- 5
Remove tri tip from smoker and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice and eat!
