In a pan heat oil fry the cumin seeds, whole button chili and potato cubes. Add chopped tomatoes, add in salt and crushed red pepper. Mix well.

Mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook on low Flame till potatoes are tender. Add soya and mix well. Bhuno well. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve with chapati and carrot pickle.
