Steps

Wash and soak dal for 1 hour. Pressure cook the dal.

Heat oil, add cumin, bay leaves ana chilli.

Add green peas,chopped tomato and cook for 2 minutes.

Add ginger paste and all the masala. Cook the masala till oil separated from the side.

Add boiled dal and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6
Add ghee and chopped coriander. Dal curry is for serve with roti or paratha etc.
