4-5potatoes
As per tasteSalt
1/4 tbspred chilli powder
1/4 tbspgaram masala
as neededoil

Cut the potato with equal thin slices.

Heat oil in pan.

Fry the potato on medium flame.

Now put it on tissue or paper, doing this paper completely soaks oil from chips.

Now add salt, red chilli and garam masala and mix it well.

Potato chips are ready to serve.
