Potato With Capsicum

Peel aloo and wash capsicum.

Cut both into medium size.

Heat oil in kadhai and fry both vegetables one by one and keep aside.

Roughly chopped tomatoes,ginger, garlic, green chilli and grind with grinder and make a puree.

In another pan heat oil add puree and stir. After 5 mint add all dry spices and again cook for 2 mints. Add both fry vegetables and mix well and cook for 2 mints. Capcicum With aloo ready to serve.
