Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 3 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1 cupCornflour flour
  3. 1/2 cupSemolina
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. as requiredGhee
  6. as requiredWater
  7. 1 tbspAjwain
  8. 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First, take a bowl and add wheat flour, semolina, cornflour. Ajwain, salt, oil then mix Now add warm water for making dough then keep the dough aside four 30 mins after that remove the cover and mix again.

    Now make balls and take a pan put water add balls to the boiling water cook 15 to 20 mins then transfer balls into plate it to cool down at room temperature and cut take a pan put ghee and deep fry.
