Special mutton curry

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add the whole spices add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till golden. Add the ginger-garlic paste mix and fry on low heat for around 2 mins on low heat.

Pour in the masala mix and fry on low heat for around 2-3 mins till oil separates. Now add the mutton pieces and fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins mix it well add salt and mix.

Add chilli powder mix and cook for 1-2 mins now add 1.5 cups of water mix well and close the pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Add more water if required. Once done add the Garam masala powder and mix well.

Chopped coriander leaves as garnish.
