Take a bowl and add besan, haldi powder, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, oil and make a smooth batter with the help of boiled water, now rest for 30 mins for fermentation.

After 30 mins add baking soda and salt in better and mix well.

Now place the steamer on gas and heat on low flame.

Now pour the batter in a greased tin and tap 2 times.

Steam for 20-25 mins on low to medium flame.

After 20-25 min turn off the flame let it cool and remove after 5 mins.

For prepare tadka for dhokla take pan and add oil, mustard seeds, lemon juice, green chilli, salt, sugar and water and boil for 1 min.

Cut the dhokla and pour tadka on dhokla.

Nylon dhokla is ready enjoy dhokla with chutney and masala tea.
