Peel the skin of the onion, carrot, beetroot, cucumber and wash them wash the tomato as well.

Then cut them in round shape and chillies using a vegetable cutter.

Now add salt and mix well, then squeeze the lemon in the salad and again mix.

Serve with any rice.
