Steps

Take a wolk and heat ghee in it. Add besan and fry it on low flame until it's colour started to change brown. Keep stirring continuously.

In a pan add sugar and half of it's water. Mix it and cook it until it started to become thick.

Now mix besan and sugar together.

Add mix dry fruit, cardamom powder and little ghee.mix it.

Now take small small portion in hands and make ladoos by rolling it. Besan laddoo are ready.

Keep laddoo open for 2 to 3 hours and then store it in a air tight jar.
