Ingredients

30 minutes
8-10 servings
  • 12Manda strips as your required
  • 3/4 cupBoiled chicken
  • 1 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  • 1Cabbage fine cutting
  • 1/2cut Spring onion
  • 1Egg beat
  • 1 cuponion chopped
  • 1 tbspZeera crushed
  • 1 tbspCoriander crushed
  • Red chilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 tbspOil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok and lightly fry the ginger and garlic paste and add chicken and chope onion stir fry for another 2 minutes.

    Add cabbage, spring onion, salt,coriander crushed, zeera crused,red chilli flacks,
    Cook for another 3 minutes and take off flame.

    Now take the manda strips one by one,put the prepared mixture on each,roll the strips and then seal the edges with egg.

    Heat oil in a wok and put the Rolls in it one by one.

    Fry till the Rolls get golden, and serve hot.
