Steps

Mix both flours in a bowl, add sugar and salt

Add hot water and mix using a wooden spoon and keep mixing until it cools down

Use your hand your hands to make a soft dough

Apply some oil on the dough and cover with a damp cloth let it rest for 30mins

Divide into small balls and roll out each ball in a circular shape

Heat the pan and place the rolled dough
- 7
Brush some oil on both sides and let it cook to Golden brown spots, repeat the same untill all are done

Enjoy with stew of choice or tea
