In a kadhai add 2-3 tblspns of oil. Once it's hot, add onion and saute for few mins.

Then add potato...saute till onion gets brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Kala masala and Nutmeg powder and mix properly.

Add some water in it so that potato gets boiled.

Once boiled, add milk and give it one boil.

Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

While serving add salt as required. You can enjoy it with bread or chapati.
