Grind oats and make flour

Wash palak and add in mixi with ginger,chilli,meera and garlic

Blend them and make paste

Add paste in oats flour

Add salt and curd mix all of them

If required add some water

Heat oil and add mustard seeds

Add urad daal and cashews

Roast them and add in battar

Grease idli moulds fill with battar

Cook in steamer till 20 min.

Cool a little then take them out and serve with coconut chutney
