  1. Chinese Rice Ingredients
  2. 3-4 tbspOil (For egg scrambled)
  3. 6Eggs
  4. halfcup Oil
  5. 3 clovesGarlic (chopped)
  6. 1 cupCabbage
  7. HalfCapsicum (Chopped)
  8. HalfCarrot (shredded)
  9. Salt as your taste
  10. 1 tbspWhite pepper
  11. 1 tbspChicken Powder
  12. 750 gBoiled Rice
  13. Shashlik Ingredients:
  14. 1 cupOil
  15. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  16. 1& half kg Boneless Chicken
  17. 1 tbspBlack pepper
  18. 1& half tbsp White pepper
  19. 1 tbspChicken powder
  20. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  21. Salt as your taste
  22. 1 tspPaprika powder
  23. 1 tbspVinegar
  24. 2 tbspRed chilli sauce
  25. 1 tbspBlack soya sauce
  26. 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  27. 1 cupTomato Ketchup
  28. 1 cupWater
  29. 10-12Red whole chilli
  30. 3Onion(Cut in square shape)
  31. 4Tomato (Cut in square shape)
  32. 2Capsicum (Cut in square shape)

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Chinese Rice method: Heat oil in pan & add eggs. Cook it until eggs scrambled & cook well and chop into small pieces. Then keep aside for later use.

    Heat oil in wok; add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until garlic turn a nice brown colour, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add Cabbage, Capsicum and Carrot & cook 1-2 mins. Then add Salt, White pepper, Chicken Powder and Add rice, scrambled chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.

    Chinese Fried Rice is ready.

  5. 5

    Shashlik method: In cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste,, cook for 2-3 minutes until raw aroma goes away. Then add boneless chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes

  6. 6

    Now add Black pepper, White pepper, Chicken powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, Paprika powder, Vinegar, Red chilli sauce, Black soya sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Water and mix it. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

  7. 7

    Afterward add red chilli whole, capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock, and corn flour mixed with water.

  8. 8

    Now cook for 5-6 minutes. Cover it to cook.
    Chicken Shashlik is ready. Serve with Chinese fried rice.
