Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 2 (3 tsp)custard powder
  3. 4 tspsugar
  4. 3 (4 tsp)jelly powder
  5. 1 tspsaffron strains
  6. 2 tspmix dry fruits powdered
  7. 2 -3 tspwater
  8. as neededChopped apple and grapes
  9. 8-10bread slices

  1. 1

    First of all, cut the edges of bread slices and arrange the bread slice on a square plate.

  2. 2

    Boil some milk(approx 100ml) add 1 tsp sugar and let it boil. Now add saffron strains and dry fruits and boil again for a while. Now pour this milk over bread slices. Let the bread soak the milk well.

  3. 3

    Now start boiling the rest of the milk and add 3 tsp sugar let it boil for sometime and add custard powder and mix well. Let the milk be thicker. Now spread the custard milk over bread slices. Let the milk cover all the bread slices well.

    Now chop grapes and apple in small pieces and add on custard.

    Now, mix jelly powder with water and boil it. Let it boil for sometime. Check on fingers if it is sticky, spread over the fruits and custard milk.

    Put in fridge and cut in small square pieces and serve cold.
